Shaoli Wang, Calgary Mayoral Candidate, Stands up against Alberta Health Service for Violation of Covid-19 Order, April 19, 2021, Calgary, Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Airport.
College of Alberta Dental Assistants, a government department under Alberta Health Services, violated the Province's Covid-19 Order CMOH 10-2021.
Shaoli Wang had requested them multiple times since April 18, 2021 to stop this violation of the Order, but they still gathered for over 1 hour and even forced multiple times to have Shaoli and his client, 6 observers, and 2 witnesses to join in their mass gathering. This mass gathering occurred between 8:30 am and 10:10 am on April 19, 2021 in a room at 2500 48 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T3J 4V8 in violation of the province's Covid-19 Order.

I, Shaoli Wang, had raised this violation concerns multiple times on April 18, 2021 by 5 emails. I requested them to stop this mass gathering due that it was in violation of the Covid-19 Order, they refused to stop.
I had to call 911 when they were gathering in a room, two police office arrived at the scene, I showed them the Covid-19 Order but they refused to order them to leave, refused to provide any of them a ticket of $1,000 in compliance of the law.
After a 911 call, a 14-minutes education to two Calgary Police officer, and a total of over an hour patient education, the College of Alberta Dental Assistants' two councils finally admitted that their mass gathering for the hearing WAS in violation of the province's Covid-19 Rules, and that the Chief Medical Officer of Health for Alberta - Deena Hinshaw was reluctant to provide them with another signed Exemption Order for mass gathering equivalent to a FUNERAL immediately.
They then postponed the hearing VERY VERY RELUCTANTLY.
Thank God, I don't have to bring the 93-year-old observer there who would be called as a witness later.
